Liability

Items are owned by Kay Jackson ART until all money has exchanged hands and the goods have left the premises. Items that do not meet current fire regulations must be considered as a decorative work of art.

Liability

If you wish to purchase artwork without physically seeing it, we shall accept no liability in case you change your mind.

Duties and imports 

You must comply with, and observe all applicable legislation and regulations, including obtaining any relevant import permits needed to purchase artwork from Kay Jackson Art. We accept no liability for goods purchased by you in respect of any local laws regarding their import.

Products

We cannot guarantee that colors will be rendered correctly on different computer monitors. Any of the product dimensions that we supply are for guide purposes only and are intended to give the closest indication of size. All items have been individually and skillfully handcrafted using natural materials and therefore, it is possible that slight variations in color, shape and size may occur within the products displayed. This is not a defect of the product, but a natural characteristic of the design. If you have any questions about our products, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order on our website. 

Agreement

The terms and conditions listed above form the entire agreement between us, Kay Jackson Art and you, the customer. We shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions if any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as fire, industrial action, protests or riots, the breakdown of systems or network disruption, flood, accident, fire or explosion, war or similar.
